According to Chief mechanical officer of locomotives. Mr. Casey Shephered with the Arkansas and Missouri Rail Road. Ft. Smith, Arkansas contracted Cherokee Mobile Power Wash Services Division " Portable RailCar Painting " To paint 100 railroad sandcars and 60 railroad freightcars. Project begin December 2006 on site at A & M R.R. Facility.
Mr. Jim W. Elgin, JR. of Grove, Oklahoma 74344 Stated that the entire project would take approximately 90 days to complete.
